Today, I will be writing a review for Sheinside on the Apricot Knitted Sweater, Wine Red Sweater. Sheinside is an online store which offers free shipping world wide over $30USD orders and they always seem to be having sales. They also have relatively cheap prices for all of the clothing items within the store.

Note : Even though this is a sponsored review, this review is based entirely in my honest opinions.

I received the "Pay Confirmation" email for this package on March 31st, 2015~ Sheinside also provided me with a tracking number which I found extremely useful during the later stages of the shipping. This package is actually shipped on April 17th and four days later, I finally received this package on April 21st~ In conclusion, the whole process took 21 days. 

Starting from the left : Denim Jacket, Wine Red Dress, Boy T-shirt, Apricot Knitted Sweater, Wine Red Sweater. As you can see, each item is placed within a sealed plastic bag for an extra layer of protection. I am loving this shade of red recently; I have been loving the colour red all of a sudden ;;

I love the colour of this sweater; this colour reminds me of a palate of autumn sunsets mixed with crimson leaves. I really like the pattern of the sweater also, it is quite symmetrical. The back of the sweater does not have a pattern like the front. The consistency of the pattern is in the sleeves; both front and back of the sleeves have the same pattern~ 

The material of this sweater isn't as soft as it seems in the stock photos. It doesn't have an overall furry-feel like most sweaters. Maybe because of this, this sweater is not super thick. The sleeves are cuffed/folded in place; this means you cannot undo them as they are all set in place. Maybe there is a way, but I am too lazy to do it ;; The cuffed/folded sleeves are what caught my eyes first.

Measurements

The cuffed/folded sleeves of this sweater is actually rather short~ At least 10cm of my arm was showing ;; I guess this sweater would not be rather suitable for chilly and windy days unless you are wearing a jacket to protect you from the cold. I am not a fan of this sort of material as it isn't as comfortable. It is a little irritating for the skin sometimes.

Anyways, even though this sweater has interesting patterns, it is still rather plain. You could add some accessories to it and make the sweater "pop". As for the bottom half, you could slip on some black jeans + black ankle boots. You could wear a fluffy white knitted scarve. Chuck on a brown leather bag and it would make a cute outfit for school!

I've got to say that this sweater have existed since my first collaboration with Sheinside and it is still going strong; it is one of the most popular items on Sheinside I reckon and finally, I got my hands on one hehe. The "oversized" aspect of this sweater is what caught my eyes; it looks super comfortable, like a knitted blanket of cuddles. Majority of the reviewers in the comment section seems to be rather impressed with this sweater which made me wanted this sweater even more.

Unlike the  previous sweater, this sweater has the same pattern on the front and back; pretty consistent huh? The sleeves of this sweater are longer than the body of this sweater; this enhances the "oversize" aspect of the sweater. This sweater is extremely pleasant to touch. Unlike the previous sweater, this sweater is thick and it has that furry feeling sweaters are meant to have.

If you are wondering where this skirt is from, it is from General Issue~ I am not sure if they still sell it though; it's been a while and the store in our near by mall have closed down //sobs//

I really like how this sweater drapes down; to achieve that drapingness, all you do is tuck the front part of sweater into the skirt and fix the folds hehe. Not all of the front is tucked in, only a portion of the front is; it is around the size of you hand. Anyways, this sweater screams autumn to me. Unlike the vibrant coloured leaves, this is the colour of dried up autumn leaves with the crunching sounds they make when you walk on them. It feels toasty and cozy hehe.

A checkered skirt would look quite nice with it; I was actually quite surprised that these two didn't clash with one another. I guess checkered patterns have this autumn vibe to it. As for the shoes, you could try a pair of brown shoes. Chuck on a cute cat ears hat for some extra adorableness~
