Today, I will be writing a review for Sheinside on the Striped Boat Neck Shirt and the Red High-waisted Skirt. Sheinside is an online store which offers free shipping world wide (currently) and they always seem to be having sales. They also have relatively cheap prices for all of the clothing items within the store.

Note : Even though this is a sponsored review, this review is based entirely in my honest opinions.

I received the "Pay Confirmation" email for this package on December 23rd, 2014~ This package was shipped on December 31st, 2014 to New Zealand from China. Sheinside also provided me with a tracking number which I found extremely useful during the later stages of the shipping. I finally received this package on January 6th, only 6 days later~ In conclusion, the shipping took 6 days; which is pretty impressive for international free shipping. The whole process took 14 days.

As you can see from this picture, each item is carefully, neatly folded in to sealed plastic bags~ The plastic bags give another layer of protection. Starting from the left, the items are :

Measurements:

The material of this shirt is surprisingly soft and extremely pleasing to touch~ I felt like as if I was touching the clouds. It is also stretchy. This shirt is made with cotton. The boat neck of this shirt is what caught my attention, this shirt is a great shirt to show off your beautiful neck and collar bones. It isn't like those tops that show your entire shoulder; the neck of this shirt ends at the ends of your collar bones~ For those who like crop tops, this would be a lovely piece to have in your closet because it is a crop top also!

Just like the striped blouse, this skirt is also really soft and pleasing to touch. The folds of this skirt is what caught my eyes. I really like the way that this skirt is a really long waist part; I think those designs help to "suck in" your tummy a bit (?) It would be great to wear to those Thanksgiving feasts, Christmas dinners hehe. The waist part of this skirt is also stretchy! It is a high-waisted skirt, therefore it would be perfect for all your crop top lovers!

This skirt is actually a really tightly knitted skirt. Because it is made from cotton blends, it actually gives a bit of stretch. As you can see from the picture, this skirt is quite thick; it reminded me of a woollen skirt. Because of this, this skirt is quite heavy, therefore, it weighs the folds of the skirt down a bit.

Yes yes, another back to school outfit! This is a simple but yet rather playful and girly look~ The folds of this skirt is what adds the playfulness, it also gives a bit of flirtiness to the over look too. //whispers the power of folds// This is probably another look that you could wear to multiple occasions; such as : dates, school, chilling out with friends. 

This shirt is extremely easy to pair with items as it is simple and quite elegant due to the neck line it has. You could even "classy" up this outfit by wearing a black blazer and white high waisted pants. Wear a pair of pointed heels and add some shine to your outfit with some golden accessories and you are good to go~ As for a more easy going, casual outfit, you could wear this top with high-waisted shorts and a pair of sneakers. You could also chuck on a cardigan if the weather is a little windy.

I really like this shirt hehe. However, the neck line of this shirt is a little awkward sometimes because it doesn't always stay perfectly still. You would need to pull the shirt down and fix the collar from time to time. This shirt also doesn't fit me that well; it is a teeny bit big around my underarms. I normally wear size 8 but I lean towards the small size 8's. The material of this shirt is really soft; no irritations at all. There were also no loose threads; which is another plus!

The skirt is really simple. I think you can make it yourself haha. I really like how the material of this skirt is too thin; it means I could wear it all year round, even in winter! I like the waist part of this skirt because I feel like that it helps to make my tummy look flatter hehe. The length of this skirt is also another thing I am fond of. It isn't too short; but of course, it is best to wear shorts underneath for some extra protection~
